returning to school
This past year and a half have been full of uncertainties and scenarios that we never thought we or our children would have to experience. So many children are facing increase anxiety around school. Their concerns may be about health and safety or around being behind, making or returning to friends etc….
Together we will help your cild learn to manage their anxiety, help them ease back into school, and guide them to form concrete, long-term skills to lower school related stress.
